  1. Service Error by Us: If a proven error or oversight by Global Vision Consultants results in a failed application or incorrect outcome (e.g., submission errors, deadline missed by us).
  2. Non-Delivery of Service: If a paid service was not delivered as described, and the issue was caused by us.
  3. Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service unintentionally.

All valid refund claims must include documented evidence and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

When Refunds Are Not Granted

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Client Errors: If the client failed to submit correct or complete documents or submitted documents after the agreed timeline.
  • Self-Submission or Outside Action: If the client completed the application themselves or did not follow our guidance, resulting in rejection.
  • External Factors: If refusal or failure occurred due to immigration history, criminal records, misleading documents, or external agency decisions outside our control.
  • Change of Mind: If a client changes their mind after the service has started or consultation has been delivered.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at admin@globalvisionconsultants.co.uk within 7 days of service completion. Please include:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Order number or invoice reference
  • Description of the issue and any supporting evidence

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5–7 working days. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.
